They had their goodies in pre season, before the deal was announced so presume we may have purchased some of their stuff rather than just having it all gifted to us as part of the deal. Might have been a way of getting their foot in the door I guess

My only concern with it is that it appeared to leave gaping holes down the sides when the wing backs got forward too high and we lost possession. So if we were to alternate between formations, it could be a useful back up, but I personally prefer a 442

I think that could be a good call. Although, on their showing the other evening, I'd prefer to see Clarke as the right wing back and Willis at CB (although unlikely to happen)

I agree we are short in numbers but worry about bringing players in this late into the pre season preparations. If we sign anyone they need to have been training properly with their current club and it not be a Freddy Eastwood like signing who came with no ore season and was clearly unfit
