He’s quality. Just seemingly never fit for long enough. Which makes him problematic for the team as we can’t rely on him. If we can afford to keep him and use him sparingly great. If not we should consider moving him on.

I’ve wondered about the psychology of penalty shoot outs, specifically managers asking players if they want to take one. I’ve wondered if it might be better if managers picked who would take them, then if they miss it’s on the manager. Might take some of the pressure off afterwards? I dunno.
