Sisu to buy half of Ricoh

Nope. Sitting on the sofa watching the 'real' Sky Blues. :o:o

Sisu to buy half of Ricoh

Do we need to light some candles and have a vigil due to the upsetting nature of earlier life shattering offensive comment?? No, but we can light some candles and chill a bit.

Sisu to buy half of Ricoh

At the end of the day it's just words. I recall the 'constructive' meeting Hoffman had with Sisu way back when. We can all say anything. Without actions it is just pissing in the wind.

Sisu to buy half of Ricoh

Exactly. In a nutshell. Much ado about not a lot.

    nuneaton town

Don't think it would be changing allegiance. There will be Boro fans who come and watch the City for sure. if Boro got bigger I guess there is the chance that they would stop coming up the City and follow the Boro more avidly.

Sisu to buy half of Ricoh

I would never, ever say anything like that and I wouldn't be expecting anyone else to make it either, but it has to be taken in context. It wasn't aimed at any individual or even for that matter any human being. It's hard to even identify what Sisu are. Just a business controlling investments.

And the Tsunami and Afghan war.

Sisu to buy half of Ricoh

I'm not making excuses either. As I say, I myself would never talk in this manner. If anyone had said that about a person then I would have taken offence. Sisu isn't a person though it is. It's a business not a real person. This is why I didn't find it offensive. Not excuses, fact. Sisu isn't...

    Quick catch up

If the stadium is worth £20m I wonder what would happen if someone (not necessarily Sisu or Hoffman's lot) offered over the 20m? What would happen if say a bunch of investors said they would give £25m or even £30m? Must be a price surely whereby the whole stadium would be for sale mustn't there?

Sisu to buy half of Ricoh

I didn't take it seriously. I've had relatives die of cancer and wasn't offended by this. This is the way Valliant talks. Big, broad, and rather OTT. He just went over the top to make his point. If you don't like it either block him so you don't see his posts or ignore it. As he was talking...

Need the OSB's of this world to calculate that one I think!

Sisu to buy half of Ricoh

You have to ask then if that were the case, where the fook has Jon Gaunt got his info from? Soon as I saw it I thought it ridiculous, because we have constantly been told that only half the stadium would be up for grabs anyway,

    It is for real

You sure you didn't just build the stadium but can't remember where you put it? :D

SISU, The Council, Higgs and ACL talks.

Yep, we can always pluck a few against the norm can't we. By pure logistics, it is harder to get to the Prem from League One than it is from the Championship as there is an extra division to move up from. Even with my poor education I worked that one out.

    Transfer rumors???

All I've heard consistently is that we are in a transfer embargo and won't be signing anyone for the foreseeable future.

SISU, The Council, Higgs and ACL talks.

Just saying if it was always their intention to buy half the stadium then the rewards come the higher up the leagues we are and they should have had a foresight to try and back the manager last season to try and ensure our Championship status. The Premier is the place to be and it's a lot...

SISU, The Council, Higgs and ACL talks.

True. They could have invested in players though couldn't they. A successful club brings in more revenue to an owner who has a part share in the stadium doesn't it. The higher up the leagues we are the more revenue. Make it to the Prem and the admission cost per game would rise.
