The players do need to get used to each other. They also need some confidence going forward and attacking with purpose. They should both come with time. After that there really is no excuse and nowhere to hide.

It's lack of confidence heightened by fear of failure. It's that lingering negativity and doubt from relegation. A few wins and we might forget all about it.... ( i hope )
