Yes...you look at the second half of the season and the awful games where our effort was minimal and our style of play non-existent. A few draws and/or wins there and we would be sitting v pretty now. As it is a good performance tonight and I will be looking forward to renewing my season...

I think it's an impossible job to ref under the spotlight of the cameras. They can pick up everything in slow mo, can replay again and again, and can view from a variety of angles. Refs v rarely cheat but players con (like vardy tried to), cheat and intimidate refs. They make mistakes but they...

It was a good finish. Showed perseverance. Mind you the keeper will be disappointed he didn't get to the ball first. At the time I couldn't see tudgay getting to it.

What impressed me most today was that all players were up for it. None shirked their duty. Some performances could have been better but I believe all gave their best. Well done city! I've not been the biggest RCC fan to date but today he looked the part. Phillips has never impressed but today...
