Pugh doesn't suit this wing back position at all. If he's gonna play he needs to be in a flat back four as a LB. Offered us nothing down the left and whilst there is no winger in front of him we're wasting a lot of possession as there's a lack of options

I agree. Willis was MOTM for me Saturday and is doing very well tonight too (bar one slip but two other player slipped in succession after him so I won't hold it against him). Still do not see what is seen in Thomas or Daniels.

I hope it works better Friday, and Fridays performance needs to be better than this. Much better! Obviously the personnel will be different but still thing fans will turn quickly if we're not kept entertained

Are the academy still playing last seasons formation? Wasn't the plan to get them playing similar to the first team so they'd be better prepared for the transition?
