No offence but that is hardly inside info, it is just an opinion from someone who played with him years ago. How is it a very good source? It is just an opinion the same as anyone else's who has seen him play

I prefer the 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 but I don't think we are good enough as a team to play that formation and neither do I think Mcdonald is suited enough to that position

If we want to play a flat 4 it would have to be something like Baker--Thomas--Barton--Mcsheff Then having Fleck play just behind Mcdonald up front

I haven't been to any pre season games but according to people who went we played our best football when playing the diamond, when we tried something else we lost 3/4 pre season games in a row
