What are Sisu's motives for staying?

I'm more interested in the truth after everything that has happened since we even began to consider the move to the Ricoh. Both parties are morally bankrupt - that much we can agree on. SISU moving us to Northampton is on the same level as the council selling the Ricoh to Wasps.

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

The rational approach is to be rightly concerned about impact on normal people but moreover to be looking to hold the parties that may be in the wrong to account.

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

I'll say again what I said earlier. Your hatred of SISU is such you can't rationally look at an argument.

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

So now the headline is the fact. The one written by the CET?? I never disagreed with the assertion of how it would be paid. I disagreed with your scaremongering propaganda in which you glossed over the fact that potentially some wrong was done by one party and instead blamed the other for...

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

Oh my God - how can you miss the 'actual' point I was making. The person in question did not say what you claim. Lord Justice Ryder did not say 'any compensation owed will directly come from the pockets of the Coventry taxpayers'. Those words did not leave his mouth How about you pay attention.

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

OK - so let's go with this point. Where would the investment gone? We had a free-scoring attack so you wouldn't really have felt the need to invest there at that point. We got Turner - he got injured We got Lorentszen, Cargill, Stephens all defensive players. Add to that Rose and JOnes We also...

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

Personal attacks?? It's a forum and you certainly give as much as you get. It's your attitude I find most ridiculous - rather than look at potential blame (and we are only taking about potential here) you conveniently switch it around to make it look like the 'wronged' is in the wrong for...

    Stupid questions.

Had this the other night when watching Star Wars: Episode 7. Ten minutes into the film 'Who's the girl?' 'Where's Luke?' 'What did they just say?' (directly after talking over said scene)

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

The money to pay the compensation will come from their funding which is from central government and council tax. So the shortfall will have to be made up from increasing council tax. Not quite like how you peddle it, basically saying that every taxpayer in Coventry will have to personally write...

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

And there in is my point. It is not truthful or factual. Point me to where Lord Justice Ryder says 'any compensation owed will directly come from the pockets of the Coventry taxpayers'

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

Hence the word potential. The club was doing fine before Xmas and no-one gave 2 shits about off the field stuff. We've suffered because of players and manager not being up to the standards they set themselves.

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

This was a particular favourite. Saying that SISU's court actions will hit the taxpayers of Coventry in the pocket. But absolutely no mention of the potential wrongdoing on the part of CCC.

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

Says the man who's entire argument is devoid of any discernible facts.

    No April Fools jokes

In all seriousness can you imagine if they had announced his death this morning?

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

So we've done a good deal selling a shit kid for more in Jan than he'll be worth in the summer.

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

I think I read it in an article concerning wage budgets around the beginning of the season. In addition - which in truth is slightly conjecture - we have the third biggest average gate at home - by some margin from 4th. This would help to generate a reasonable sized playing budget.

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

Loans, has-beens and youngsters all picked by TM. The Maddison sale is a misnomer. The best run of the season co-incided with him missing the majority of it.

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

Our budget is 8th? And where do you get that from?
  19. Ian1779

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

I don't disagree with you in essence - but TM had a budget much better than 'mid-table' and he has pretty much spent it as he wishes. To get us in such a good position and let it slide is shocking. TM is responsible, but so is his playing squad as well, and I don't think that sacking him is...

What are Sisu's motives for staying?

No-one will have been able to compete with Wigans budget - that aside I bet our players budget is comfortable inside the top 6.
