Surely SISU understand the cost of this from last time they claimed to do it? Oh wait. Forgot about the FOI’s. Woodlands for all intents and purposes is a greenfield site. Asbestos in the existing buildings is about as complicated as it’s going to get, assuming that wasn’t already taken care...

I don’t. That’s why I said unless SISU can prove otherwise. Nothing stopping them releasing a statement with some PDF’s is there? I’d welcome it in fact. I’m well aware of what the council has said and done. I’m also well aware that SISU have trodden this path before so you’ll excuse me if I...

They could start by going public with this brilliant plan. Should it exist.

    Millions. Ha ha ha.

It would still be a better investment for SISU than the millions they’ve spanked on legal fees over the last few years.

Well yes. For starters it was 2 1/2 years ago SISU first showed an “interest” in the site with actual a very sensible proposal which going by the article at the time was confirmed as a sensible proposal as it fitted in with what the council had planned and designated the site for. Are we...

This thread is funny You get claims that the buildings are listed and the experts claim the poster is incorrect. First page of google, second link down and you’re straight on English heritages website where there’s confirmation that the buildings are indeed listed. Same experts claim there’s...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

You’re going to have to quantify that for me because pointing out that the leave campaign repeatedly campaigned on the premise that the EU is a protectionist organisation and that’s why we must leave and then when we vote to leave what was said in the campaign is forgotten so they can play the...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

The split was already there. That’s how we ended up having the referendum in the first place. It was supposed to settle the split, the reality is it’s just got wider.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

The irony here is that Tusk and Junker have behaved exactly as the leave campaign argued as a reason to vote leave. On that basis it’s self humiliation. The idiots are those that campaigned for leave on that argument as clearly they didn’t believe their own arguments. It’s time these idiots and...

The real shame is that if we had decent owners willing to invest in the long term future of the club the training ground and academy combined on the site is actually a sound idea and going by that article achievable too. Never going to happen though just like the unicorn stadium.

It was also mentioned back in 2016 when Fisher first announced an interest in the site as a new base for the training ground and academy. CCFC consider Woodlands school site as possible home for Academy

To be fair it’s at least 2 A4 pages longer than the last stadium master plan so we’ll call it progress.

    James Corden

Yeah, it’s hard to see what first attracted her to the multi millionaire James Corden :) Hitch was another film with a Chubby romantic lead (if you exclude Will Smith), Marlon Brando was a right size from the 70’s and wasn’t exactly athletic before that and was a lead in many romance films. Of...

To be fair she promptly dropped large parts of her own manifesto five minutes after being elected and adopted large parts of Labours manifesto so anything is possible. Can’t see it happening on this issue though.

    James Corden

Of course it’s nothing to do with him being ugly as fuck and uninteresting. Seen lots of films with overweight people as the romantic lead.

No. 3 years of Tory failure will no doubt be blamed on labour though.

The big supermarkets aren’t investing in new stores at the rate they were at the time of when the Ricoh was built. I believe it was at the time and still is the largest amount of money ever paid by Tesco’s for a piece of land. Probably get a better return from housing on any spare space than...
