    Ruben Lameiras

He looked as if he could hold his own from what I saw on Saturday. Technically stood out a mile. Movement was good, tried a fancy trick once too often but can't blame him wanting to impress. You never know with trialists (actually you do with the one in the 2nd half) but I for one will be...

Has Tudgay signed a new contract?

Clever player. Won't get 20 goals a season in my opinion but would flourish with a quick player alongside. Good in the air and mowbrays plays to his strengths. Walsall away he stood out a mile and then disgracefully dropped next game. Watching his interview he praises Mowbray a lot......I'm...

I need to write to Steve Waggott over this......

I have always found the staff in the shop polite and as helpful as they can be. Sometimes it is frustrating getting information out of them but I wonder if that is due to the level of communication that filters down from the top as opposed to anything else.

    FA Cup classic finals

Watching it now on the planner. Was at the game but only 8 at the time so don't remember much of the actual day. Something that has always bugged me...does anyone know why some of the Spurs players didn't have a sponsor on their shirts ? Imagine this happening today with all the money involved.

    'Staying Up' by R.A. Gekoski

Gekoski is a Cov supporter. He spent the season following the team. He had access to the training ground, team coach etc. spent time speaking to players, Strachan, Richardson etc. I'm literally flicking through now to remind me. Think he should ask to do a follow up book next season, imagine...

Would be a decent signing but doesn't mowbray need to sign something first ?

    TM Update

If Mowbray signs and it's still a big if then it's a positive on 2 counts. Firstly he demonstrated enough in 13 games to show he can organise a team (that wasn't his). Granted take Crewe away from that. Organisation is one of the main factors that wins promotion. Secondly it would appear that...

Very, very good keeper at league 1 level. Without him we would have been relegated season before last

    Is He Worth Signing? Stokes

Made some howlers early doors but also part of the defence that kept 4 clean sheets away from home in a row. Not saying he should start every week but worth signing as a squad player at least. He would be cheap too meaning money could be used elsewhere

One single significant event that shaped our season .......

Whilst I agree Baker should never have been let go I think his goal return and assists had he stayed would have been a lot less. You have to remember with MK he is playing with better players who create chances by the bucketload. For me the moment which could prove to be decisive was Sheffield...

Excuses For Not Going The Crewe Game Thread

I will be in Dubai. After years of knowing who, where and when we were playing I didn't even register when booking it that i would miss the last home game (season ticket holder). Would never have happened in the past as I would have known every fixture off the top of my head. Sums up the state...

Long time reader, first time poster so be gentle. Having a free weekend and living not too far away, the Mrs and I took in the Bournemouth v Huddersfield game at the weekend. Bournemouth could certainly show SISU a thing or two on how to run a club !! Anyhow, during the warm up we stood...
