Thank you for confirming what I said. Very good of you.

The myth here of course is that Turkey wants to join the EU. You may as well be arguing that the U.K. couldn’t veto North Korea joining the EU. Which of course the U.K. could do anyway.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Yes I do have a clue which is why I say it is ironic as Japan is one of the country’s brexiteers claimed we have to leave the EU to get a free trade deal with. If we were remaining in the EU we could veto this trade deal to help safeguard British jobs and the deal won’t happen. This has been...

So far just Honda with Swindon. I think it’s their only factory in the EU. Nissan workers should be nervous though given the tie in between PSA and Nissan.

Blue passports back. Made in France unlike the red ones which were made in Britain. Still, the colours right and that’s all that matters for the one time you use it a year. It just doesn’t look patriotic hiding in your sock draw the rest of the year otherwise.

The irony being that Japan was one of the country’s banded around by leavers that we must leave to do a trade deal with. Shame non of the leave lot stopped to engage their brains that actually being in the EU was actually protecting jobs with Japanese manufacturers in the U.K. The minute we...

Don’t understand how that guy is still in a job. This comes on top of the £33M they had to pay Eurotunnel because the tendering process was flawed and P&O are currently taking legal action against the government over that payment so it could cost the taxpayer more yet. We spend millions on...

All very true. I have a mate from Swindon who recons that Honda pulling out is the canary down the mineshaft for Japanese manufactures in the U.K. He believes many are waiting to see what the knock on effect is on sales in the U.K. and EU and how Honda manage to serve the market directly from Asia.

    Bolton Troubles

The interesting question is if Bolton do go tits up and start again (like Rangers) at what league would they have to start again in? If Rangers is anything to go by league two could be calling for them which begs the question how would the extra place be filled in the championship? I have a...

I was fishing to be honest. Nick isn’t the only troll on here. Although I only do it part time. So what about the discovery?

Clearly not but if I was working at Vauxhall’s factory in Ellesmere Port I would be asking myself what incentive does PSA have to keep it open rather than move production to one of the Opel factories in the EU. Especially if there’s a hard brexit but not specifically a hard brexit. They only...

I see JLR are getting into the Dyson brexit spirit and brexiting the new defender production line to Slovenia. Real shame both from a safeguarding and creating new jobs in the U.K. but also from a historical point of view as production of this model in it’s original guise at Solihull is where...

They didn’t. ACL did look at acquiring Wasps before the rent strike though. The litigation had no merit, hence it failed.

    Our Best Ever Keeper ?

Kirkland was better than Hedman, kept Hedman out the team. Not that Hedman wasn’t a good keeper.

    Happy St George's Day

Happy St George’s day everyone. Maybe we should celebrate it tomorrow though as per Catholic instructions. After all, it was the Catholic Church that made him a saint in the first place so I guess they would know best.

    In our Coventry homes

There’s a verse two? Isn’t an adaptation of a song about Liverpool (the city not the football team)? That’s what I was told anyway. (edit) found on YouTube

48 hours away from expulsion / New Ricoh Talks!

It’s not his opinion that I consider the trolling. It’s the 80% of his posts where he spouts nonsense like “you don’t even post on the match day thread” or “GMK didn’t have an EU thread for you”. It the posts he makes when he looses an argument and won’t admit it that makes him a troll. I even...
