There may be a lot of work to go into making the Butts viable - but it's not impossible. The Ricoh can't be the future - it's gone. The council put paid to that. If we did make it to the Butts, then maybe we become a more viable option to a potential buyer in the future.

I think if they had been offered the deal that Wasps got they would have snapped it up.. it was a deal of the century. They only said they wouldn't take on the loan after the deal was done. In the same way I would think my girlfriend was an ugly slag if she dumped me for another bloke.

Great idea - but Wasps don't want it. They want it all for themselves and they've been given a massive boost along the way by CCC in essentially giving them a platform to come in and railroad everyone else into submission.
