If true that CCFC Limited has the share, could SISU now be in real trouble? PH4 could in theory now buy CCFC Limited and therefore the football share out of admin. Ok, none of the players contracts in that company, but wouldn't they have to follow the share? Interesting development if true...

The football share was still in ccfc limited in June 12,so it must be since then. I can almost see it being done this week.

Maybe if it got to the £160m mark as I wouldn't want to put it all in. £10m to Sisu to clear off, £60m for the stadium, £10m investment in the whole club from scouting network to coaching.

Much appreciated Peter. I would certainly look at WHEN they transfered everything to the Holdings company. I'd guess it was done recently as an avoidance measure. I'm sure your legal team will be getting stuck into this already tho.
