Preston Haskell IV to buy Alan Higgs charity.

Before we think too much about this let's just see what tomorrow brings. It could bring a 20 point penalty and us keeping Sisu.

If true that CCFC Limited has the share, could SISU now be in real trouble? PH4 could in theory now buy CCFC Limited and therefore the football share out of admin. Ok, none of the players contracts in that company, but wouldn't they have to follow the share? Interesting development if true...

And me. In fact it might be more severe than that. It could be relegation of 2 divisions (which had happened in a few cases).

CET: Joe Elliot confirms talks and that Hoffman Would also join the board.

If it got rid of Sisu, got the stadium and the club under common ownership and gave us a long term hope I'd take it. Too many people think too short term. CCFC for life, not just next season.

Preston Haskell IV to buy Alan Higgs charity.

If this is true (or even if not) . Maybe now is the perfect time for the Sisu out protests. All the media attention, cameras at the Ricoh.

Preston Haskell IV to buy Alan Higgs charity.

Interesting development. Joe Elliott has my complete trust. Yes he's made a few mistakes, but his heart is in the right place. I'd fully support this. The only issue is unless the High Court rules in our favour, SISU have gazumped this with their own admin move. Although I'd love it if the...

You start to head down this road then.. http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/showthread.php?t=28537 It's a grey area between common business strategy and fraud. It's for the courts to work out what.

    ACL Statement, Saturday 23 March

The football share was still in ccfc limited in June 12,so it must be since then. I can almost see it being done this week.
  13. Diehard Si

    would you?

Maybe if it got to the £160m mark as I wouldn't want to put it all in. £10m to Sisu to clear off, £60m for the stadium, £10m investment in the whole club from scouting network to coaching.

Much appreciated Peter. I would certainly look at WHEN they transfered everything to the Holdings company. I'd guess it was done recently as an avoidance measure. I'm sure your legal team will be getting stuck into this already tho.

    Not much sympathy from Walsall

So a few Walsall fans saying some out if line comments... So what? We've got a fair share of Cov fans who say just as bad if not worse. Each club has its share of idiots. There are much more pressing things to worry about than what other clubs idiots are saying.
