The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Which in a matter of weeks turned into we know what we voted for.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

You really wasn’t paying attention then. The EU will bend over backwards to do a deal with us, cheese blah blah blah, wine blah blah blah, German cars blah blah blah, easiest deal in history said Liam Fox etc etc etc.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

It’s just a second preference option, that’s all. Common in democracy.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

So you agree that it wasn’t an anti EU victory then.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

It’s always been her opinion. I’m afraid you’ve been paying too much attention to fake news claiming her position is pure anti EU. It’s reform she wants not exit. She hasn’t juxtaposed her position on either EU membership or seeing Ferage as an extremist.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

One of the brexit papers had a headline of treason when May first released papers on the brexit withdrawal bill. Then a couple of weeks later had the headline of treason again when Parliament didn’t vote it though.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Marine Le Pen did an interview with C4 news on Friday where she said exactly what I just said. Whether that leaves you thick and uninformed I’ll leave you to decide but the weight of evidence straight from the horses mouth is not weighted in your favour.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

It’s one man one vote in a referendum. How the votes are spread is irrelevant. More straw clutching.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

The National Front in France do not want to leave either the EU or even the Euro. They just want wholesale reform of the EU so your assessment is incorrect. They actually see Ferage as an extremist (wow) and have refused to work with him historically.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Someone I seem to remember you dismissed at the general elections. Again having your cake and eating it. John Curtice actually said last night that if you discount SNP and Plaid then England and Wales are split 50/50. If you then factor in Scotland and Northern Ireland it’s only an indicator...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

It’s irrelevant using your own logic on a different post. You’re trying to have your cake and eat it to clutch at straws. I at least have the dignity to acknowledge that both parties are split and discount them from my conclusions. Even when the split favours remain.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Apparently it is when it comes to the Tories and Labour manifestos from the last election. Some posters are trying to have their cake and eat it on this point. The SNP stood the last election as a clear remain party, stood the council elections as a clear remain party and stood the Euro...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I’m not trying to say that a party who’s membership backs a second referendum overwhelmingly by a margin of 72% is a leave party. I’m actually discounting them as either despite what their membership is demanding. If I am clutching at straws by discounting them it’s in favour of leave. If you...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Both parties stood the election on a clear remain referendum.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

The labour membership has voted unanimously in favour of a second referendum by a margin of 72%. Its as simple as that. You’re family are clearly in a minority. Sorry facts are insufferable.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I remember. Both their versions of leave are not what we voted for, treasonous, a betrayal etc etc. Remember?

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

If Labour was a leave party then why did the lose votes to brexit Ltd? Same with the Tories? Both also lost votes to the remain parties. Neither have delivered Brexit, neither can agree on what Brexit is, both parties MP’s are split, the Tories version of leave is described as a betrayal...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Remain parties got 40.4% of the votes Leave Parties 34.9% of the votes.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

In a referendum it’s one man one vote. On that basis Brexit Ltd had a bad night.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Anyhow. Parties with a clear remain stance far outweigh in share of the votes parties with a clear leave stance. Maybe the country has changed its mind afterall.
