You're right NW, there was no way they could have distressed ACL without moving...

Just so I understand the terminology people are using, is SISU, in trying to distress ACL by moving CCFC to Northampton temporarily, Franchising? You see, I just thought they were just using my club as a bargaining chip as a means to get the Ricoh on the cheap, so as to be able to get a return...

You'd think with the Ricoh being used far more with the wasps games as well, CCFC could now negotiate an even lower rental figure going forward...... expect another season at Sixfields if they don't get it.....

Why keep banging on about the SISU offer? I just cannot see how this offer can be used as a comparison when it was worthless. SISU would never have got the YB to agree to the figure they were willing to pay. hence, it's meaningless in any discussion about the wasps deal, isn't it?

All this nonsense about SISU offering more in % terms for ACL than Wasps have paid. Well, I offered ACL £20.5million, and they turned me down flat (once they'd asked about my funding.... Apparently my insistence that YB would offer me a great deal on lending the money didn't excite them as...

If SISU had bought it (And they have had many opportunities to do so), they wouldn't have been able to sell it to Wasps would they?

You could of course blame the owners 100% for giving the council the opportunity to sell it to Wasps....
