You are so right about the pop culture thing for sure. Was listening to radio 5Live yesterday and they played a really awful song sang by this Australian guy on the Oz version of X Factor. Apparently he had written it himself and all the judges derided him about it and he was voted off...

Its quiet on here today !

Ahh, that would explain it. Have to admit I am very much an ITV snob. Don't watch anything at all on ITV. Think the last thing I watched apart from football was a Columbo episode. I have never seen X Factor, or Pop Idol, or Britain's Got Talent and have never seen any Ant and Dec show...

I missed my own brother's wedding! Well snook out during the reception afterwards. I was the Best Man too! My mum was not too pleased at all, but City were at home that day!! :D

Without any shadow of a doubt I would buy the club for sure! Wouldn't want to run it though. Call me a mug if you want but it's my club and the club I love so of course I would buy them!

    Sbt census... Sisu

We are also struggling to replace players who are seemingly out of form, as we have no one to bring in to replace them or to put pressure on their place in the team, and this highlights our overall lack of quality in the squad. This an absolutely key point and huge factor!! Bell and...

Ahh bingo!! We are the School of Punditry ! With a very good pass rate to boot!!

    Coventry City managers

Well yes, but I think over the years we have only really focused on the club and not giving managers enough time and not supporting them. Doesn't the cold reality also prove that nearly all these managers weren't good enough? What has happened to Coleman, Dowie, Reid, McAllister, Butcher...

    Coventry City managers

Yes indeed. Point is though the vast majority have failed elsewhere too or disappeared off the face of the earth. The blame has always been labelled on the club, but doesn't it point to both lack of board support AND managers not being good enough.

    Coventry City managers

Looking back from after Sillett/Curtis era, here are the managers we have had at the club. Terry Butcher (1990–1992) Don Howe (caretaker) (1992) Bobby Gould (1992–1993) Phil Neal (1993–1995) Ron Atkinson (1995–1996) Gordon Strachan (1996–2001) Roland Nilsson (2001–2002) Trevor Peake...

    Saturday night singalong

I remember walking through the old Woolworth's in the precinct one day and there was Don Estelle, in the flesh and in this same garb, singing this very song. Customers just walked past and didn't give him a second glance.
