Not at all. I just think it’s a bizarre take. The QPR game was ironically the last game that also Simms started for us. He won’t be again unless there are injuries. It was a dire performance.

The fact he’s our best striker whose automatic first choice and BTA is unlikely to repeat what achieved prior to Christmas. We have credible options in most positions. Wright is approaching 50 goals. I’d say that’s evidence enough.
