I called it on the other thread (even before he was on the bookies list) ;) Wouldn't surprise me if he was interested.

    So who do we want?

Not that I can see it happening, this name was a surprising contender (despite there not actually being any quotes from the man himself, or even any 'source') http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/sport/football/football-news/former-coventry-city-fans-favourite-8719397

Waggott the maggott on the manager situation

Football is a different world though isn't it. I could apply for a job outside of my company and my existing employer would be seeking compensation. I'd have to serve a notice period of course but that's it. Some how I think football works very differently.

    So who do we want?

As mentioned earlier in the post by a couple, difficult to call as odds for this league as as soon as a couple of bets / £ are placed, the odds improve. Be good if I got it right though! I'm usually way out when guessing things (this is purely a selfish call though, not sure if he'd be my...

Waggott the maggott on the manager situation

As for shortening the short list by speaking with some On the phone and some in person, they now know that if they get a call, they're not really a number 1 choice.....

Waggott the maggott on the manager situation

What I don't get though is how is that calculated? How many managers out of work will still be without offers if they have a 40% win rate, and why would clubs who have a manager who has a 40% win rate want to move or be let go? Another interesting comment was “There’s a mixture of those who...

    So who do we want?

My long shot has made the betting from nowhere. Currently 7/1 with Skybet and 10/1 bet victor. Imagine if I called it right? :o

    Burge

At the minute, like the other players, he needs a manager in general :)

    Tony Mowbray

Both worked with money. Adkins worked wonders at Southampton in this league......assisted by the £1m signing of Rickie Lambert. Would love to see him here, but not much chance IMO. As for Mowbray, think I'd have taken him a couple of years ago, but not so sure now. That said he's a better...

Why James Beattie is now 2nd Favourite

Where will Pressley turn up next

    25/1 for Barnsley right now

    So who do we want?

Pressley is 25/1 for the Barnsley job! Imagine if he went on to move up a league.....

If the club really wanted to show its intent

But also another who struggled for a plan B

If the club really wanted to show its intent

With respect, how do we know what contacts he does or doesn't have? He has spent time in the game before he took over at Forest Green I'm told (don't know much personally about him so won't claim otherwise) so doubt he'd be too short of help if he had to call on it

    Short Memories

“He has, quite rightly, become extremely popular with our supporters since taking over as manager. " I think that's a true statement for most of his time as CCFC manager. Don't think he's always had haters but records speak for themselves and this season, it's always been a bad one
