The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

And that is the great irony. Leavers are so busy pointing the finger at remainers they fail to acknowledge that if the ERG had have voted for May’s deal we would have left in March as per the original timetable. I think even without the DUP vote there was still enough opposition votes to get...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

That must boil your piss because from your perspective all it really shows is that “the man” is putting his lust for attention before the country. Again, from your perspective.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Please rewrite but this time blame the 48% who didn’t vote for this mess and exonerate the 52% that did vote for this mess. When will people learn that the majority don’t have to take ownership of their vote and it’s all the minority’s fault.

Not the first time that’s been suggested although probably not from so close to home though. Either way I thought it’s been pretty obvious for a while.

Why does it matter then if Germany are going to bend over for us because they’ll still want to sell us cars and the French will bend over backwards for us because they still want to sell us cheese and wine? Remember?

Greta Thunberg / Climate Change Summit

Tart what up? They were there, she addressed them and China is only part of the problem. Besides if China was sticking it’s hands in a fire does that mean we have too? It’s too easy to dismiss our own inaction because we feel we have the right to point our fingers at China by way of distraction...

Greta Thunberg / Climate Change Summit

What I don’t get about the hostility towards her, climate change scientists and the climate change issue is let’s assume that they’ve all got it 100% wrong and we’re not heading for a man made catastrophe of biblical proportions. What’s the worse case scenario if we listen to them and act...

Greta Thunberg / Climate Change Summit

She addressed everyone at the UN climate summit and as far as I’m aware China had a delegation there so yes she did aim her speech at China. That’s before you even get into the fact that China represents less than 19% of the worlds population.

Greta Thunberg / Climate Change Summit

I went and watched a film called game changer the other week and although it was about promoting plant based diets for health benefits and dismissing the myth that we need to eat meat and dairy it touched briefly on the environmental impact of eating meat and dairy and it was staggering. I...

Greta Thunberg / Climate Change Summit

I think that’s already happening with things like wind power. Wind and Solar is already comparable with fossil fuel and whereas the cost of fossil fuel generation is rising the cost of wind and solar is falling. It wasn’t that long ago it was twice the price per MWh and it’s now on par. Problem...

Greta Thunberg / Climate Change Summit

Adult conversation would suggest that the people that she is addressing has an adult understanding of what she’s talking about. The fact that a child is having to explain it to them sums up the mental capacity of the audience. It’s not her people should be judging.

Greta Thunberg / Climate Change Summit

The climate change we’re experiencing now is not a natural phenomenon. It’s man made. How is that so difficult to understand. It’s irrelevant that the climate has changed over billions of years because the causes were not man made.
