I meant they've lost in terms of the whole Ricoh/Sixfields bollocks. They've blinked first. Everyone knows they won't build and they need to return hoping that nobody spots their tail between their legs. As for an exit strategy, that may be a long way off.

I'm not sure it will. All they have done is asked for permission to appeal, not a lot of legal work there. If negotiations are ongoing a deal could be done long before any further court appearance.

It makes sense that both sides carry on as they would have until agreement is reached. It absolutely should not be a barrier. Its a bargaining chip and pretty much the only one SISU has left.
