    Update from Big Dave

They have no power either, the undertaking they are asking for is completely unreasonable. Nobody is going to sign away their rights like that.

Possibly still the same issue with people on higher salaries, wages reduced by inflation but trying to maintain a standard of living they'd come accustomed to.

    Update from Big Dave

It was further back. Things have moved on now, it makes no sense for an already insecure Wasps to turn away a long term commitment

    Update from Big Dave

Wasps wanted them to sign a 10 year deal a couple of years back, why would they want a short term one?

    Update from Big Dave

TBH with you, the club could move forward on the basis of playing at St Andrews with consistent ST prices, there is precedent for moving back early season (and if they're BCD it doesn't matter anyway) if we need to. Big risk on the take up of ST but i think there is a big risk on it regardless...

Some of that is down to the country basing an economy on inflated commercial and domestic property values rather than productive investment. I see no signs from Sunak (Stamp Duty holiday anybody?) that he recognises this issue.

I heard Sunak on the radio, he's useless, style over substance. Anybody impressed by him is part of the problem. There is absolutely no recognition of the reasons why people aren't spending, no attempt at all to address these. To assume that the public is using restaurants due to cost just...

Do you think that's the reason? I think it's more that casual dining has replaced the pub in many respects. Also a bit of a lifestyle thing too, it's a social media event for some.

    Weight and working out

It was decent, I do a bit of running so I'm not completely unfit but don't use any other muscles, so can feel it now. The old one I went to was in a hilly park which incorporated hill runs which I like, this one is flat so is more like circuits at the minute but staying in your own bit. Weather...

    Weight and working out

Going to a military fitness class shortly, used to go to one of these a few years back and enjoyed it but the bloke that run it folded it

It's not very imaginative but Labour's response is worse, Annelise Dodds asking "how it would be paid for", now, she might be trying to highlight the hypocrisy of the party that coined the 'magic money tree' term, but wouldn't it be better to make a statement more akin to 'Now the chancellor...

Transfer Rumour Callum O'Hare - Confirmed

Yes, teams not looking sharp in competitive matches according to Magwitch are definitely not sharper than teams that haven't played competitively for 4 months.

Transfer Rumour Callum O'Hare - Confirmed

He's a Blues fan from an area that is a stronghold of their support, i think the heart probably rules the head for him as it would do for most of us in reality.
