I'm not sure NDAs are that legally binding but could be wrong. I think breaking one can lead to further legal action but I don't think they carry the weight of a court injunction but I'm prepared to be put right on that if it's not correct.

He's got injunction against him, the content isn't really relevant. Whether the injunction is justified or not isn't really the issue.
