If his confidence is low it's puzzling why. He had a very decent 2nd half of the season, scored in an FA cup semi and scored against his old Premiership club pre season.

We're not in the premier league, we're in the Championship, so we need people who can coach effectively in the championship, and I think it's indisputable that he did a good job on that front.
