No, the deaths still occurred and they've just put an arbitrary time limit of 28 days from infection when a death that a doctor has recorded was caused by COVID-19 can be included in the stats. It's the usual smoke and mirror tactic.

    New Stadium Announcement!!!!!!

I'm not entirely sure the CCC will meddle to make this difficult. The "does the Council think CCFC should play at the Ricoh? " question has been tested and the answer isn't a convincing yes by any means.

Who was mainly to blame for our relegation from League 1

They didn't get that shit at all, I think it's exaggerated. Lowest league position was 10th after 4 games, otherwise in the top 8 and spent majority of the season in the play off places.

Who was mainly to blame for our relegation from League 1

I think it needed the reset tbh. The other relegations were not that and the positive was that it enabled Robins to assess during the relegation season and start again. That wasn't something we did the other times.

Who was mainly to blame for our relegation from League 1

Mowbray. He oversaw a disastrous pre-season, made a few really poor signings and continued with what had been 5-6 months of poor form in early 2016. Everybody after that was playing catch up. We were 3 points adrift and bottom when he left.

Haskell / ACL / Trust / CCFC Administration

Even then the northern RL clubs are in a cluster around the M62 motorway. The southern RU clubs are more spread out but still not exactly representative of the breadth of southern England.

    New Stadium Announcement!!!!!!

There will be a decent cost (not sure what we consider as significant) to the process of obtaining outline and full planning consent. Now I'd imagine a SPV will be set up between the UW and CCFC, probably a limited liability partnership which will be the developing company. I'm not sure who...

No, I don't think so. The Tory changes are about trying to reduce the already very light regulations on building domestic properties.

And as a game it is getting less entertaining, the players are all too big. I think of that brilliant Gareth Edwards try from the 70s and it just wouldn't happen in today's game:
