What's that all about then?
It's being heavily pushed everywhere you look just lately.
Is it just another faddy thing like Atkins and Cabbage Soup?
They say not, but I'm not at the point of clicking through just yet.
Anyone on it/doing it?
It is.
I should have a house in Nomme (a beautiful suburb in S. Tallinn) but the soviet government gave us a choice of handing it over to the state or passing it on to a cousin. Did the latter.
Hoping to visit the house next year as my daughter is in contact with the cousin's daughter now and is...
Overall it's pretty good (but I do find GA a bit odd in it tbh).
Preferred Hinterland of my recent watches, and have just watched the first two seasons of Line of Duty. Preferred the second, but both watchable, if very, very convoluted.
True dat.
And as for the roll call, I was just to the left of the Covered End goal, and about a third of the way up the terrace.
Indelibly etched in my brain.
Cov sign tighthead prop Alex Gibson (24) from Hartpury, and loosehead Keston Lines (20) from Leicester.
Kes is a Cov Kid and a Sky Blues fan, so he'll do.
Reminds me of Brandon on a Saturday night in the seventies - esp for Stox. Jammed in bumper- and door-to-door. No chance of leaving early unless you were on the edge rows.
Sorry, off topic. Sad to see that place now as an area of brick ends and litter. How short the life, eh?
At least it's now been replaced with a much better one.
RR was one of my dad's favourites when I first started supporting. Mind, he always joked that he only started playing about a month before a Wales international game!
Ian Gibson, for all the obvious reasons.
But before that, George Curtis - someone who embodied the very spirit of Coventry City, and would run through a brick wall for Jimmy Hill if he said so.
George is still the man, but memories of Gibbo's magic still run deep.
The potential new owner has been lining this up since 2017, so I'd hope it's plausible.
And hopefully Rugby Council will remain supportive of returning the site to motor sport and makes that even more clear to the current site owner.
It's a start though, at least. I'm itching to get back to Brandon.
Really sad that George Oram has been released. Big ol' unit. Full of heart. Always made the hard yards, and put his body where it hurts unflinchingly.
Bugger to lift in the lineout though ;)
Currently down to Woolford and Dacres in the second row, both of whom are lineout operators, but Dacres...
Have you ever been though? Horrible.
Mind you, having about 300 spectators (mostly morons) rattling about in 25k seats doesn't help
Neither does it help when it feels like the friggin' arctic in there - even in late summer.
