I’d say we need additional quality players. We’re not going to be signing someone to replace EMC are we? However, getting someone who can play well when he needs a rest/to come off makes sense to me ie cover.

Have you seen much of him? I’ve seen him a bit...not a lot but my Pompey folks rate him. While he didn’t do anything against us he’s well capable of moments of magic. If we had him as cover on the left and Esse on the right I’d be happy enough.

I think Frank got it wrong a couple of times recently. He dropped simms when I don’t think he should have. Then having put wright in, he dropped him for simms, when I actually thought wright had played well and been unlucky not to have scored. Just for the record: I definitely know more about...

Yep exactly this…was saying the same to my son earlier. The other thing is if Ipswich are the only side to find form we’ll be grand if we can continue eek out points here and there. I couldn’t care less if they overtake us…as long as it’s only them.
