Yesterday emphasised the importance of the Academy to our future. During the 90 + 5 minutes there were 7 academy graduates playing. The club must invest into this with an "additional injection of cash"....not the current level, if we are to have a chance of climbing back up the leagues.

Until the clubs infrastructure is sorted out then any manager is going to struggle. There needs to be a comprehensive strategic plan developed and underpinned by a business plan that provides the resources for improvement in the club.
