Not bothered by the postage fee now, just want my tickets. Why the fuck should we queue up at 11am at Wembley for no fault of our own? Tried calling the CCFC tickets line as anothe roption, no visibility of e-tickets whatsoever.

Just take them with you, your confirmation email and state you haven't attemted to change your tickets. Stewards will let you in.
