do you think andy thorn should stay as manager

    Hoorah!!! Another Thorn thread.

Can it get any worse? New milestone every week.

Fair enough. I have said many times, I would like someone to come in and help Thorn. I do think we can do better than we are. Thorn has made a few errors that have cost us and maybe an older wiser head alongside him could make a difference. At the end of the day no-one knows if anyone can do...

Perm any 3 from 5 for relegation...

I think Forest will survive. They probably have the best bunch of players out of the bottom 6 sides. Donny I think will go and then it will probably be Bristol City, who have money problems themselves. Our only hope for the 3rd slot if it's not to be us I feel is Millwall. Other teams may...

    Takeover talks still ongoing

These things can be very protracted. and to be fair, this has only been going on a few weeks. Ignore the last takeover talk. That turned out to be nothing. A bid of £1 that was thrown out immediately.

Can it get any worse? New milestone every week.

Let's deal with facts here. We are a poor team under this manager. Any suggestion that no-one could do any better is pure conjecture. Besides, people keep saying we are not that bad (we're unlucky, haven't been thrashed by anyone, keep losing by the odd goal). Does that not point to us not...

'Enjoyed' Eakin & Fosters Spat today!

One thing that especially annoys me these days are Geoff Foster's post match interviews with Thorn. They are all so appeasing, non-confrontational to the point of being sycophantic and never seem to ask any searching questions. Straight out of the box today Foster came out with how much...

Is the holdup Hoffman, not SISU?

Do you blame Hoffman if he does want the club on the cheap?

If only we got points for praise

Many, many teams have gone down playing 'good football.' Funny how people keep saying we are playing good football and yet we have only scored 6 goals in 13 away games. When you look at the all the stats you can't even say we're missing hat-fulls of chances away from home either. All points to...

Can it get any worse? New milestone every week.

Remember it well. Thing is, this season we have scored just 6 goals in 13 away games. Can't see how we are ever going to win. Bet we scored a lot more away from home in that season under Strachan.

If our team is so poor why do...

McShuffty is good enough for this division. So too Juke. We don't have enough depth up front though.

Wouldn't surprise me if we didn't win an away game all season long.

If our team is so poor why do...

Good point. I have always said we have some good players here. Just not enough of them.
  16. Otis

    If you were thorn.

Nope. But we could be 6 or 7 points better off with a good manager at the helm. We would then be all saying we are only a point adrift and be confident of the chance of staying up. The players have cost us points, but so too has some of Thorn's decision making.

Can it get any worse? New milestone every week.

City remain the only team of all 92 in England's top four divisions still to win away this season. Great.:facepalm::facepalm:

    Thorn Says

What the fook was the CWR thing all about in the post match interview? Geoff Foster was drooling over the amount of possession the Sky Blues had and Thorn was agreeing with him as if it should have counted for some points or something. BBC says Derby 51% possession, City 49%. Hardly call that...
