Why Thorn is a good manager - Reasons Listed

You have to admit, the OP is funny. Made me smile anyway. :D

    BFC v CCFC

Yep, understand that. Tonight though we have just dropped a further point behind 4th from bottom. Yet another last gasp, last minute defeat and Ipswich thrashing West Ham. May be wrong, but tonight could be the straw that broke the camel's back. Our morale must have hit rock bottom again after...

    BFC v CCFC

We haven't got a bench. They're just planks.

    BFC v CCFC

We have just gone a further point behind 4th from bottom. Doesn't matter about Doncaster and Forest. They are not the teams we have to catch. We need to catch 4th from bottom and look to the teams that are 5th and 6th from bottom. Another game gone and we are back to 7 points adrift, I don't...

Don't tell me that, otherwise I will have to call off my search for Richey Manic.

If they're from Nuneaton they will fail their medicals.

why the great escape is possible

It's definitely too close to call upon which Saturday we will be offically relegated for sure.

So, what EXACTLY is required for City to stay up?

If we don't make the play-offs Thorn should be sacked.

So, what EXACTLY is required for City to stay up?

    No, got the sarcasm. :D

So, what EXACTLY is required for City to stay up?

I can see them losing the next 4 maybe. Can't see us winning another 4 on the bounce though.

So, what EXACTLY is required for City to stay up?

i thought they'd be struggling from the off this year and were one of my tips for the drop. They have lost the last 3, so maybe they will continue their poor run of form a little while longer. It actually would have to be quite a while longer to be honest as they are 11 points clear of us at the...

I am positive. I am positive we will go down. :D

why the great escape is possible

Whatever happens, we need a really good run at some stage. An 'unbeaten in 6 or 7' would do nicely.

why the great escape is possible

Beg to differ somewhat. I recall one or two teams being relegated after they kept losing by the odd goal and were said to have been playing good football. Goal difference can be important. You need enough points first though.

So, what EXACTLY is required for City to stay up?

Not so sure this season. Think it could be lower, based on the fact that teams keep beating each other and nicking points here there and everywhere. It could be around 44 / 45 points this season possibly. If so, that would be a more achievable target to aim for. What we do desperately need from...

So, what EXACTLY is required for City to stay up?

Do-able. But a huge ask, especially when you consider we have only won 5 all season so far. Said before, the key to any possible salvation is our away form. We desperately need some wins on the road.

why the great escape is possible

    Sad, but true.

why the great escape is possible

Bit daft that. For if we were 6 points off 6th position that would then denote that we hadn't had a terrible season thus far and had won a lot more games. Leshtur are 7 points behind 6th at the moment and have won 10 games, double the number we have won. If we'd won double the amount than we...

why the great escape is possible

Understand your point, but we really need to gain ground on those above. They are not all going to continue to struggle and it's odds on that Forest will have a bit of a run at some point, as will Millwall, Doncaster, Ipswich etc., just as Bristol City did. We have to catch up quickly and we...

Andy Gray article in the Sunday Mercury

IT IS really sad to see what is going on at Coventry City and the trouble they find themselves in, especially considering they used to be stalwarts in the Premier League. I get bored rigid with the goings on at the Sky Blues every day, although I now feel very informed, as Richard Keys is a big...
