    Did a lovely 6 mile run today , got out into washbrook lane , bridle brook and wall hill road . Not sure if that will be on the half marathon route this year but there were some potholes on those roads

    Thought the Derby game might of been the 5.30 kick off if I'm honest. Was originally supposed to be working till 3 so arranged to Stay an extra couple of hours Thursday and go at 1pm friday , Not going to be able to watch all of the Hull game though as I'm on a nightshift
