Yang was opportunistic I think in case we didn’t get Markelo Markelo they seemed to really want even if he’s not ready to hit the ground running. There’s nothing wrong with taking 2 full backs, decent chance we sub both in certain situations.

Why bring Yang or Markelo when Esse and BTA are clearly preferred? They’d never get on.

I don't even think there's much to debate. Absolutely huge contribution to the club that can't be questioned. Decision to part ways has now been vindicated. Anyone arguing the opposite on either is just objectively wrong really.
