I don't think he actually believes everything he says. I think it is a deliberate thing from him. I said last season, when the chips are down and confidence is low, he overly praises the team and goes over the top trying to build them up. Then when things are going well and confidence is high...

Cba to go check but I'm pretty sure the telegraph said our budget would be slightly lower than last year around May/June time and I'm pretty sure whoever posted about a 60% cut misquoted. If the budget is indeed less than a million then its comfortably a relegation budget but I seriously doubt...

I'd guess Sheffield Utd, Bristol, Preston, MK Dons, Peterborough, Leyton Orient, Doncaster and Barnsley all have bigger budgets than us. Bradford, Swindon, Notts County, Port Vale, Scunthorpe have similar budgets I reckon. I'm not sure how Yeovil's budget this year compares to their promotion...

I agree, from a Bradford point of view it is two excellent crosses and bullet headers. They got into the crossing positions far too easily and then had too much time to deliver the cross.

Half a season of cracking form is a lot more than what other players have offered whilst here. Also the change of system with 3 in the middle could really suit him. I shudder at the prospect of a midfield partnership of Billy Daniels and Connor Thomas.

Even if we don't sell Fleck, he's out of contract in a year and will leave for free anyway next summer. His agent will be touting around every championship club by January and by the time we offer a contract his head will be elsewhere.
