Steve Bruce has just said he is not in a good state. Either his jaw or eye socket.
Yes, he held his face, but he didn't move a single inch for 10 full minutes and lay completely still.
Nope.
He started talking about it after about 10 mins, but just seemed to totally ignore it for the first 7 or 8 at least.
The keeper hardly moved and was obviously really badly injured, yet the commentator merely talked about how he was at fault for the goal.
Would have to think we will get something from this game.
We should win, but I wouldn't be too disheartened if it was a draw ..... other than we have won 6 in a row away and it would be a shame if we failed to make it 7.
Anyone else watching?
Just caught the last 10 mins and have to say I am not at all happy about the insensitivity of the Sky commentator.
Basically, the Hull keeper dropped the ball from a corner and an on rushing Sheff Weds forward bundled the ball into the net, kicking the keeper in the head...
Does seem a very bizarre thing to shout out at a football match.
Not saying it didn't happen, but usually all fans can muster is 'you're sh*t' and *f**k off.'
If it did happen then Kilbane was quite right to answer in the way he did. Professional footballer or not, the bloke is human and you...
Didn't a lot of people also say they wouldn't come back to the Ricoh while Marlon King was at the club.
Glad they all came back.
Though oddly enough the attendances dropped.
No doubt the people who won't go while Sisu are at the club will come back once they have left and the attendances will...
They won't though.
As soon as I heard that woman yesterday saying they needed some controversy I just knew what sort of type of people they could be looking to employ.
Hope I'm wrong, but am expecting a 'Chavtastic Experience.
Depends whether we were 20th in the Championship on the way up or 20th in the Championship on the way down.
There's no point in being 20th on the way down cos we'd simply be relegated again.
