Not really, If you're betting on goals, I suppose you sit there, with two slips open, one for home the other for away, whatever comes in you just place it. Most sites have a delay for 'in play' betting but I reckon you could easily get around it by having someone there feeding info back. Unless...

I suppose, someone sits at the game, says goal Cov for example. someone sitting at the other end of the phone with a betting site on, places bets before it's suspended.
