Will honestly say, while I liked Maddison, I saw him being a top end championship player, didn’t think he would make the premier league. The season he had last year was incredible and I hope, like Wilson, he can continue to perform in the top flight.

He used to be incredible... on champ man 93-94, got him to score 68 goals one season.

I've watched him 3 times this season, and while I didn't agree with him being jeered and booed off (forgot who against), he missed great chances in those games. He is better in a two and I'm glad he had a better game. Would prefer some pace up top alongside Beavon now

I feel worse I had an ST last year but due to work couldn't justify it this year... although I was still there second half of the season

Really didn't think his kicking was that bad today. Perfect? No, but worthy of a thread? Not for me. He also played a blinding ball through for Jones at one point in the first half. Haven't seen a replay of the first goal but from my position he should have done much better with it.

He seems to mak a lot of illogical decisions regarding players and positions. I think we need someone else in. Who? I honestly don't know enough lower league managers to take a punt on that

Burge 7 - looked decent, good stop in the first half and distribution is definitely improving. Sterry 6.5 - not great not terrible. Should have hit a shot first time in the second half (think it was him) Willis 6.5 - Looks calm at the back Turnbull 5.5 - poor with decisions, few times headed...

We signed him the season we were relegated, think that is what the poster meant. Remember him being sent off and thinking he was shit. (Ended up being one of my favourite players in the championship)
