There is such a thing as being over emotional You can be emotional about a decision and still try to be constructive and find out what the plans are for the future.

And why would i look at a different department? what happens on the pitch is not "sports science" You can have poor performances on the pitch while having a brilliant sports science team, the sports science performance and the football operations performance are not mutually inclusive.
