Probably my biggest gripe about Lampard so far. Think Cam is right, Lampard wanted to maintain the status quo and give people a fair chance, which is fair enough, but he gave Collins too long culminating in the Portsmouth debacle. Should have pulled the plug a couple of games earlier at least.
