Time for some fresh legs, loads of space to pick up second balls in their half, Shipley nowhere near them

Good break from Walker but as usual Max running is just in the wrong direction

Walker showing Biamou how a striker nods the ball down, good goal. Good play from Shipley and Mccallum and a great finish

Shipley lost a bit of weight last season and was looking after himself and it showed in his performance. He seems to have put it back on and looks just way off where he needs to be.

He is, he's just not as capable mentally, physically or technically

Easy ball for Biamou to put Walker in and he does some stupid chip, ffs

Missing O'Hare offering himself for the ball, Shipley not confident or good enough and James sat on Kelly's toes

In fairness to Shipley he is quite progressive and is a goal threat, if he can get into shooting range he does have a good strike on him

No more so than it usually is. Shipley will play advanced like O'Hare does and James deeper like Hamer

Yes proper job is a solid ale and quite cheap with the multi packs they sell now

    Recommend a beer

Ended up working late so had no time to go out for anything decent. Bought a couple of bottles of Khukuri Nepalese Lager in Bargain Booze. It was rubbish.

It does sound very much like Mowbray at Cov 15/16, an array of attacking talent (Armstrong, Jacob Murphy, James Maddison, John Fleck, Ruben Lameiras who all play in the top flight in England and abroad now) but by this stage of the season it'd been worked out. We too had injuries at the back...

The underlying false assumption Tory voters make about the party is that they are in government for the sake of people who live here

    Barnsley on a madness

Agree on that, Kelly's great at anticipating danger (he often drops in to the space between the wing back and centre back and mops up, something James doesn't. James is tidy on the ball and his delivery is good (see ball in for McFadz' miss late on v Swansea).

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

The main point isn't Hancock not publishing an advert to say he's awarded a contract, the key questions are: Why was the government in the position that it had such an under-supply of PPE, despite having an established pandemic plan which required stock levels to be maintained? Why were the...

After beating them 5-2 that time we had a pretty bad run there, definitely lost 4-0 on more than one occasion (recall Chris Sutton getting a hatrick for them one year not long after he'd signed)

We've not lost at Blackburn since 1997 (4-0 defeat where Dublin was sent off early on for an alleged elbow on Colin Hendry, I was there), albeit having only played there 5 times since (2 x Premier League and 3 x FA Cup)
