Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

General Services Administration. I think basically it’s the body of bureaucrats that run the country based on the policies of the government. In other words the transition of power is now officially happening.

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

Can’t think of any group of people who deserve it more. Can’t imagine what it must be like going home knowing that you 100% have been in contact with people who have it and you might be bringing it back to your loved ones.

The GSA officially called it earlier today. It’s happening regardless of what Trump does or doesn’t do now. The GSA calling it is probably why he’s making so much noise today.

Probably due to getting the labels reprinted now No.10 is insisting on them having a Union Jack on them.

Every day he becomes more and more of a comical parody of a dictator. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-election-2020/trump-twitter-diaperdon-election-press-conference-b1762682.html%3famp

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

It’s pretty clear there’s a deliberate effort within the Tory Party and most likely the cabinet to undermine Boris, speaker of the house had to give a telling of to the Tories again today over leaks to the press so the announcement in Parliament today regarding lockdown was already known. Who...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

That’s sort of the problem. No one really knows how many Tory mp’s are members of the ERG, certainly new Tory MP’s rushed to join them when elected in 2019. I’d be surprised if the 8 DUP MP’s didn’t vote against it considering their aversion to a border in the Irish Sea. It might not be as clear...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Not sure that will be an option this time given the severity of the consequences. Wouldn’t be surprised if Labour basically lend the Tories enough votes to get it through and not pander to the cult known as the ERG which ultimately would be the alternative. Not stopping a no deal Brexit is...

Cheaper too. I know it’s not the most effective but it’s cost effective benefit is so good it’s more likely to be administered to the vast majority. I recon NHS staff will get the Pfizer one due to its difficulties to store, the most vulnerable will get the American one and everyone else will...

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

The bit that really gets me is their clear inability through ignorance and cronyism to not learn from their mistakes. To get something wrong once in uncharted waters is to a certain degree forgivable but to keep repeating the same mistakes is something else. Look at how well testing, tracking...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

So, the ERG are threatening to vote against the EU trade deal that they campaigned to get done not even 12 months ago meaning that it could be up to Labour MP’s to vote for it so the conservatives can deliver their manifesto headline. Can see labour being between a rock and a hard place with...

Besides, you could say the same about any public sector worker pretty much. Take nurses for instance. I don’t believe that private healthcare nurses earn much more than NHS nurses but they have the bonus of working structured single shifts, they aren’t stretched like NHS nurses at certain times...

If Ben Bradley worked for a large corporation he’d be a janitor. No way he’s took a pay cut to be an MP. Being tipped for ministerial position. He has all the right qualifications in this dumbed downed government too.
