The other thing is, we made a trading loss this year but a profit based on player sales. If we need to make another sale this year to balance the books he's the the loss we can absorb the most given we have a decent midfield pool.

But there's every chance that might only be for one season. And if they extended the ground the cost would be passed onto us through the rent, which would be an ongoing cost even if we went back down. Not happening, makes no sense for any party.
