Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Not really. It does highlight how under qualified those that are running the country are though. Most can’t tie their own shoe laces and the rest wouldn’t say half the things they do if they understood how stupid it was to say it in the first place. The PM suffering with both issues. I would...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

How do you judge that? I guarantee that I had more life experience by the time I was 16 than most of the front bench has now. I could tuck a shirt in and comb my hair by the time I left primary, the PM still can’t do that. The leader of the House of Commons still has a nanny. I understood that...

So where do you draw the line with that? Black and ethnic groups are less likely to vote conservative. If you’re going to start coming up with reasons for sections of society not to have the vote it needs to be more comprehensive than who they’re likely to vote for.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

That’s not even remotely true. I not only acknowledged that they got vaccine procurement wrong in the first instance I also stated in the first instance that I would have been angry with our sovereign government if we hadn’t gone our own way. Pointing out inaccuracies like we couldn’t have done...

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

I’m curious. How many deaths under 50 aren’t many? Who defines what not many is? How many people under 50 have caught it and are suffering life changing effects of having caught it? How many have caught it and passed it on to older people who have died from it or suffered life changing effects...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

That’s part of the issue though. Just on vaccines (as you brought it up). Firstly we didn’t do anything that we couldn’t have done had we been full members in the eu, indeed we did it in the transition period so were still subject to EU laws and regulations. Never reported like that though...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Return to military action in Europe is project here. We hold all the cards. Just on fishing then we never took back control of our waters as promised, we never retained access to market as promised, we’ve lost access to waters meaning the cod fleet is tied up despite promises that wouldn’t...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I see Boris is claiming that Brexit is to thank for U.K. clubs pulling out of the ESL. Only problem is that the week before the ESL was announced Ed Woodward CEO of Man U had a meeting with Boris and one of his aides at Downing Street and reportedly left that meeting under the impression that he...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

The only thing this story proves is that we have less power out the EU than in the EU. The U.K. government had repeatedly vetoed EU/India trade proposals on the basis of visa relaxations for India. We’re now about to give away more control to India than was ever proposed as EU members.

I never said otherwise. I just pointed out that the demographics of Facebook users are changing. Which they are.

The plot thickens. Apparently the £400M isn’t a ransom in the normal sense it’s £400M we legally owe them under international law. It doesn’t justify them using her as a bargaining chip but two wrongs don’t make a right. The back story is that we took a £400M order for tanks of the shah of Iran...

Nandy would be the best leader for Labour. A clean candidate who opposed Corbyn but remained loyal to traditional Labour values. The Labour Party would be mad to not vote her the next leader.

I didn’t say anything. I quoted actual facts. The only age groups where users of Facebook is growing is in the older age groups, especially the over 65’s. That’s actual facts.

Deal or no Deal : Max Biamou

I’ve voted yes. If for no other reason that if we overachieve again next season the boo boys need a target other than Robins. Wouldn’t want the boo boys to be disappointed if they have no one to moan about.
