    SP. No incoming transfers.

We always new there would be next to no transfer budget, lets just hope we can do some business and some manoeuvrability in wages before the end of the window. It's shitty and frustrating but I'd have more sympathy with Pressley if he hadn't brought in a load of a shit in the summer. I'd rather...

Who would you sign with the money spent

Well I doubt the money being used to fight in court would otherwise be used to strengthen the team but if it was I would sign Kirkland, Petrasso and another winger/attacking midfielder.

Do we think he's better than Allsop (at least in Pressleys opinion) or that Allsop didn't want to stay till the end of the season?

Something positive about the club for once

Lets just leave out the insults for once in this thread lads.

Lost his place earlier in the season and now they just signed Sam Johnstone on loan from Man Utd, he was on loan at Doncaster before and Walsall before that. Supposedly decent

    Failed Keeper bid

No rules that I can remember other than the regular rules apart from maximum stay is 93 days, you can sign as many as you want but can only have 5 in your match day squad.

Something positive about the club for once

Try not to turn this thread into the usual slanging match or shmmeee will have you banned for trolling, despite the club being on its knees and scrounging for every penny its trying to do something for a good cause. Can't we not just recognise it for what it is rather than being negative about...

Anyone care to admit they hope we get hammered this weekend ?

I don't think they would sack him even if we did lose.

Coventry City boss Steven Pressley tells striker Marcus Tudgay he's staying put

Madine imo hasn't done enough to justify us paying a fee, if we could get him on a deal similar to Nouble I'd go for it but otherwise leave him.

Coventry City boss Steven Pressley tells striker Marcus Tudgay he's staying put

Tudgays performance against Walsall was the best striker performance any of our players have given this season so I'm quite pleased he's staying, his experience really shone through that day.

dont look here look at them.......

shmmeeee has finally lost his shit
  16. SkyBlue_Bear83

    Should pressley be sacked

That's where we differ on opinion. You think we can't compete in attracting players to the club (either through club reputation or with the financial package we can offer) with teams like Rochdale, Bradford, Notts County, Chesterfield, Doncaster, Port Vale, Walsall, Scunthorpe. I think we can.

    Should pressley be sacked

Well if another chef could do a better job of it on a similar budget then yes I'd call you a shit chef.

The people of coventry and warwickshire

Obviously we can't say for sure for the upcoming match but it I think its likely the majority are from Coventry and Warwickshire considering for the opening match something like 70% of the crowd came from within 10 miles of the Ricoh and 50% within 5 miles.
