    Trotta

Clingan clearly no longer wants to play for us. Hermann is out injured. Trotta had a choice of clubs. He chose correctly. Will be able to shine far more at Watford.

    Trotta

In fairness, if I was a player and had the choice between Watford and CCFC, it's a no brainer. Who wants relegation on their CV.

    Portsmouth- what on earth

It's getting a little ridiculous. How can they afford to bring in loans and we can't. Something wrong with that. They are in admin and we are still being punished for trying to play by the rules.

Cody says that we haven't seen the best of him.

Let's give him a chance. He is all we have at the end of the day. Thorn has stated no new loan signings likely before end of the window.

    Herman

Would like to hang onto him. Will be a touch of quality if we do end up in League 1.

    Trotta

I'm just frustrated we can't convince a guy to come here who was convinced to go to Wycombe. Wages not an issue, reportedly on about £800 a month.

How do they think Eastwood and Baker are better than McSheffrey

    Trotta

Don't need the greatest scouts to spot a guy that scored 8 in 8 for Wycombe and then said he wants a stint at a Championship club. We wanted a goalscorer and for one reason or another we have let one go to Watford. From what has been said by Thorne I believe he may have rejected us a couple of...

Agree. Didn't like question 1 as I disagreed with both answers.

BARNSLEY v CCFC - Summats Gotta Give ???

Barnsley not won at Coventry since 1923. To be honest I'm confident we can win on Saturday. Our home form has been reasonable recently and I always fancy our chances against Barnsley. Plus I live near Barnsley and won't be able to show my face if we lose. PUSB

    Cody Macdonald may return Saturday

He has been out with a knee ligament injury since the start of December.

    Goals Forest match.

Christie has impressed me in the games I have seen this year. Seems a promising young kid. Got a bright future ahead of him.

    Team GB football team

I would think that Hart, Walker, Jones, Wilshere will all go to the Euro's. Smalling, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Welbeck & Sturridge in with a shout too.

    England Squad

http://www.morningstaronline.co.uk/news/content/view/full/115744 Apparently Stuart Pearce is going to select a young squad for the friendly against Holland. Who would you like to see given a chance?

Do be fair to Thorn he attracts good loan signings...

That was pretty much the point I was trying to make.

Do be fair to Thorn he attracts good loan signings...

I don't think the first XI is that bad to be honest, though the squad is a bit light, so not sure if judging him on 1st team alone is fair. Also, we will never really know which players were scouted by Thorn and which were just known to previous managers. Deegan I suppose is the obvious one...

    Eastwood

Maybe he needs a bit of time working with our fitness coach to get him back in shape? Oh wait........we don't have one.

McSheffrey in the Oak Sunday night/Monday morning

Smoking is bad for you in so many ways, one being it decreases your lung capacity, and therefore fitness. When I stopped smoking I could do so much more. It must affect him towards the end of games, even someone relatively fit. I suppose it depends how much he smokes (if we are concentrating...
