Can't beat last season in my opinion. That's an instant classic. I'm not a fan of the home shirt this season, the crest repeated is not to my taste. The away kit looks like a high vis vest. Looking around the ground this season it's like there's hundreds of Stewards or loads of construction...

After 2 and a half years not running anywhere, even for the bus I am now back at Parkrun. Somewhere around the 27minute mark which is great for such a long period out.

Ive got a 2014 E class and a 2023 Ioniq 5. I much prefer the Ioniq but I've got the 55kw so the range isn't great. One bonus is that if its hooked up to a fast charger you can get to 80% in 15minutes.

I also see that's an Ioniq and not an ioniq 5 Baz. The boxy one is the 5 and only ever been available as EV.

Ioniq 5 is full EV only. They've not done a hybrid of the I5.

3,000 calories a day is huge, what are you trying to accomplish? I note you mention toning up and adding muscle. If that's the case you'll be wanting to cut down to more around 2000-2300 cals with 140-200g of protein and low fat.
