I know who Wilder is. Speak for your lack of footballing knowledge not everyone's. And I think his achievements in non league are the most relevant. The BSP is probably the most difficult league in the country to win promotion. Just look at Luton.

I've never been on a probationary contract. If a firm wants my skills then it will be on a permanent basis. No way I would leave a stable jobs for another company on such terms.
