Tisdale for me too, though as has been said previously on here, many Exeter fans want rid of him. They lie currently in 6th place in Lague 2.

What we need is someone who has had success, then failed and then gone on to have success again. This would then show a learning curve and probably a better understanding of how to put things right when things go wrong.
