I don't think anyone has a problem with sisu wanting a new rent and wanting match day income. What many of us do have a problem with is the way sisu negotiate and what they would consider a fair rent/purchase price. The club should pay to buy back what it sold, it should not be given it back.

I think the way both sides have acted now means that neither can back down. It would be a PR disaster for the Council if ACL now goes under. I think they will back ACL to the hilt. Also Higgs can now potentially sell their half off to a private company, a company which might have plans to...

We all best hope that ACL is financially secure. If it is they can afford to wait before taking any drastic action regarding use for the pitch area. If they are struggling, then they will have to do something quick with it, which will kill any prospect of Coventry City ever playing in Coventry...

That's the point isn't it. There is no justification for playing in Northampton, they could have just carried on at the Ricoh whilst building a new stadium. It just appears to me that they haven't got a clue about how to run a business.
