Problem is Steve there isn’t data for what the cases would have been without compulsory mask wearing. It’s very simple to look at that data and say it doesn’t work. Fact is in all likelihood the figures would have been worse not the same without compulsory mask wearing. This is what we’re seeing...

NHS has called for a return of face masks from the government. Have basically said that the government has abandoned the NHS if it doesn’t.

Should have kept masks in indoor public spaces at least. Possibly until next spring. I don’t think it’s an accident that cases starting to run away again has happened very soon after the end of compulsory mask wearing.

Last season was pretty special. I think that achievement is often overlooked/underestimated. Not just staying up but staying up comfortably and against the odds.
