I think one was called off in the snow a couple of years ago. Stadium & pitch were fine but police called it off due to slippery conditions in the areas around the stadium.

The rent is too high compared to comparable stadia. It needs addressing and this announcement changes nothing. I would hope any new rent deal will be backdated to the start of the dispute. Both parties need to meet in the middle somewhere, surely even ACL recognise the current rent is way above...
